The staff are all very welcoming and helpful. My sister can be a bit fussy as regards food but the staff are happy to oblige with something she would like. It is nice to see a hairdresser and chiropodist now visit the home on a regular basis and my sister's hair always looks very nice when she has been to the hairdresser. I receive a monthly newsletter from the home saying what the residents have been up to and what they will be doing, which I appreciate as I don't get to visit very often.
