How we are responding to Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Safeguarding the health and wellbeing of our residents and staff continues to be our most important priority. Elderly residents in care homes are amongst the most vulnerable transmission groups of the COVID-19 virus. Below you’ll find the steps we are taking to protect residents in our care and staff in our employment.
We are following Government advice and guidance provided by Public Health England during the Coronavirus outbreak and as the situation changes, we will constantly review and adapt our approach.
Visiting our care home
Visiting policies are subject to change based on most up to date government guidance and risk assessments. For more information about our current visiting policy, please contact us.
Am I feeling well?
If you are feeling unwell and or showing symptoms of COVID-19, notably; a cough, a fever, or high-temperature, or are experiencing a shortness of breath, please do not visit a care home, and follow government protocol. If you have no access to the internet dial 111 for medical advice.
Care staff and management have implemented a variety of extra steps to help protect our residents and employees.
An on-going situation
We continue to follow the advice and guidelines provided by Public Health England during the delay phase of the outbreak. As the situation changes we will constantly review and adapt our approach. We will update this page inline with the most current Government information and advice.
If you have any further questions about our response to COVID-19 or the situation at your local care home, feel free to call the care home manager directly. We thank you for your co-operation and for considering the health and wellbeing of our residents and staff at this time
