Bethany Francis
The following is an extract from a letter received after a visit from the brother of a resident
Dear Freinds
Many thanks indeed for your kindly welcome on Saturday ……. and for your care for my sister ………… and for your care for us her visitors. Thank you for good food for us which we enjoyed.
May your care for …….., and others like her, be rewarding to you who undertake the burden. May God bless you and these needy ‘elderlies’.
St Catherines House
The following extract is from a letter received from a social worker after a recent respite stay
I would like to thank you and all your staff for all the help and support given to ……………… over the apst two weeks. ……….. was understandably very anxious about coming to St Catherines for respite for one week at such short notice, but was made to feel so welcome that she requested to stay an additional week.
The past two weeks have been extemely emotional for ………….. having to leave her flat and agreeing to have a full clear and blitz clean, but with the kindness and support of yourself and the staff she has managed this transition very well.
Everyone has displayed such a high level of kindness and professionalism towards ………… and have ‘gone the extra mile’ in ensuring ………….. physical and emotional needs have been met.
Once again thank you for all your support.
