Tony and Shelina Rudd purchased their first home in 2003, with a belief that they can make a difference. Their vision centered on a wish to provide home’s from home. Homes that catered for the individual and focussed on quality care and facilities. Their goal is to become a leading provider of high quality nursing and residential care in the East of England.

As ADR Care Homes grew and developed, it has maintained its ethos of providing quality services. They recognise that each care home has its own individual character where they can deliver individualized care programmes for the person not a number. They believe that we are all individual and have the right to be different and that the care should be tailored to support each persons idiosyncrasies and foibles.
